Today was going to be a long, tough day, so we got a pre-dawn start and hiked by headlamps for the first few hours

Looking back into the canyon from the trailhead, this is Unkar Delta where we had taken a day hike to yesterday, so far away in such a small amount of time, I was on a serious zoom for this shot:
